We are about 40 miles away from Bozeman, Belgrade, and West Yellowstone, Montana. S UMMARY The Housing Manager will be responsible for management and administration of the Associate housing and transportation program for Spanish Peaks Mountain Club (SPMC).ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS Duties will include, but are not limited to:Associate Housing:

Oversee the housing program for MBS and SPMC year-round and seasonal associates.

Secure housing in the vicinity of the property and nearby surrounding areas by working directly with Property Management organizations and/or private owners to obtain long-term leases within scope of budget, fit and availability.

Maintain and keep any third-party housing software systems up to date; run reports as requested.

Understand associate housing needs, communicate housing options, cost for different housing units and manage placement.

Strive to make the associate living experience comfortable.

Order supplies such as furniture and soft goods; maintain adequate inventory of supplies and track and ensure retrieval of items that are loaned out.

Arrange utility hookups; manage payment on utilities and ensure financial viability.

Oversee financial payments and reconciliations of rent, lease and utility payments.

Manage Housing & Transportation team members.

Ensure registration, check in/out processes are adhered to and rent is collected in a timely manner.

Manage complex Associate and Owner relations.

Coordinate the greeting of new arrivals and tours of the housing area.

Communicate and conduct room inspections; report any damage.

Track housing maintenance issues, place maintenance requests, ensure completion and maintain records.

Work with the Housing team/People department to advise associates in advance of new roommate arrivals.

Manage process for late hour lockouts, after hours phone messages, emergencies, etc.

Supervise and coordinate the scheduling of room cleanings as needed.

Conduct rounds and enforce housing policies including quiet hours; record housing incidents and inappropriate behavior and contact the Director of People and/or Security when necessary.

Arrange for cleaning of public areas inside and outside housing buildings, including vacuum carpets, sweep and mop floors, clean stairwells, wash door windows, remove trash, empty recycle bins and clean as necessary, dust/clean throughout all lobbies, entrances and laundry rooms to maintain a clean and safe living environment.

Communicate and enforce housing Emergency Procedures to all residents and handle emergency phone calls as necessary.

Oversee home and safety inspections if applicable.

Associate Transportation:

Ensure transportation is compliant with state and federal law; and rules are followed when transporting Associates

Work closely with third-party transportation providers to ensure needs are being met; ensure driver complaints (missed or late shuttles, changes to location of pick up/drops offs) are addressed promptly

Organize the process for shuttle transportation of Associates including trips to/from the airport and housing units (arrivals/departures) and trips to Bozeman and other locations for shopping and/or events

Drive company vehicle to pick-up and drop-off arriving and departing staff as necessary and to assist with activities related to transportation.

Other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS

High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred

1-3 years of experience managing associate housing and/or transportation programs

Minimum 1-2 years of supervisory or management experience

Experience in a luxury hotel and/or club environment strongly preferred

Excellent communication and organizational skills

Ability to interact efficiently with residents, peers, management and vendors.

Must possess highest level of customer service and keep Associate satisfaction top of mind

Excellent computer skills using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Valid driver’s license

Ability to calmly and effectively resolve employee problems and concerns in a timely and professional manner.

Knowledge of proper use of cleaning supplies and proper cleaning techniques preferred.

Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to communicate and relate to people from diverse backgrounds and cultures.

Must be extremely detail oriented and organized with ability to multi-task

Ability to manage complex associate relations with discretion

Flexibility of hours and willingness to work off hours as needed including holidays and weekends

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Most work tasks are performed indoors. Temperature is moderate and controlled by hotel environmental systems. Must be able to sit at a desk for up to 5 hours per day. Walking and standing are required the rest of the working day. Length of time of these tasks may vary from day to day and task to task. Must be able to exert well-paced ability to reach other departments of the hotel on a timely basis. Must be able to lift up to 15 lbs. occasionally.
